Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a merchant account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Information you provide during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide misleading information or are used in violation of these Terms.

thank-you.today provides tools that help local businesses collect customer feedback and reviews, share contact and booking information via NFC and QR cards, send notifications, and analyze interactions. Features available to you depend on your active plan.

We continually improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will provide reasonable notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) through our payment processor. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect for your next renewal.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create (business information, cards, media, messages — "Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to share Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates someone else's privacy or intellectual property.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates anti-spam laws.
• Manipulate or fabricate reviews, ratings, or analytics in violation of platform policies (Google, Meta, Apple, etc.).
• Probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations and may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, Apple, payment processors, SMS gateways). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results obtained from it will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, thank-you.today and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or remain inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of thank-you.today is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection law grants you a non-waivable right to sue elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you through the dashboard or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
